Citrus Vinaigrette
My friend Echo gave me this recipe. It is a great marinade for grilling chicken. I usually prepare this the day before serving.
What you need
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until thoroughly blended. Vinaigrette can be made a day in advanced and refrigerated.
