Fluffy White Frosting

One of our favorites for birthday and holiday cakes.

What you need

3/4 Cup of Sugar

1/4 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Almond or Vanilla Flavoring

3 Tbs Water

3 Egg Whites

Double Boiler and a Hand Mixer

Instructions

Combine all ingredients accept flavoring.

Mix well in the top of your double boiler and place over rapidly boiling water

Beat with an electric hand mixer until the egg whites can stand in a peak (about 5 minutes)

Remove from heat and add flavoring and continue to beat for 2 more minutes
